§ 154.999  PENALTY.
   Any person, persons, firm or corporation, or anyone acting in behalf of said person, persons or firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $100 and the cost of prosecution or, in default of the payment thereof, by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
