§ 154.062  RESIDENCE R-2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Intent. This District is intended to provide an area primarily for single- and two-family developments. It should be used as a buffer district along major streets or between single-family and apartment districts.

   (B)   Principal uses permitted. Within any Residence R-2 District, no building, structure, or premises shall be hereafter erected, converted or altered externally, in whole or in part, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, for any other than one or more of the following specified uses: permitted principal uses and buildings:
      (1)   All uses permitted and as regulated in R-1A One-Family Residential District;
      (2)   Two-family dwellings.

   (C)   Area and bulk requirements. Within any Residence R-2 District, no building, structure or premises shall be hereafter erected converted or altered externally, in whole or in part, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, unless in compliance with all of the following regulations and §§ 154.085 and 154.086 “Schedule of Regulations”:
      (1)   Maximum height - 28 ft.
      (2)   Minimum lot area:
         (a)   One-family dwelling - 7,200 square feet
         (b)   Two-family dwelling - 9,000 square feet
         (c)   Other uses - 12,000 square feet
      (3)   Minimum yards:
         (a)   Front - 30 feet
         (b)   Side - 10 feet, least sum of width of both yards - 20 feet
         (c)   Rear - 25 feet
         (d)   Corner lot - least width from street side lot line - 20 feet
      (4)   Minimum lot width:
         (a)   70 feet - two-family dwelling, other uses
         (b)   60 feet - one-family dwelling
      (5)   Parking space - Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with §§ 154.100 through 154.114 of this chapter .
