§ 152.21 ILLUMINATED SIGNS.

(A) Illuminated signs shall be constructed of noncombustible materials; however, facings, letters, figures, decorations and structural trim may be made of approved combustible plastics.

(B) Illuminated signs produced in quantity (other than signs custom built for specific locations) shall be constructed in accordance with the standards then applicable in the industry.
