(A) Public Act 95 of 1981, being M.C.L.A. §§ 445.481 to 445.492, and otherwise known as the “Precious Metal and Gem Dealer Act” is hereby adopted by reference as in this section modified, and is made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
(B) References in the “Precious Metals and Gem Dealer Act” to “local police agency” shall mean the Police Department/Department of Public Safety and references in the Act to “city” shall mean the City of Cheboygan.
