(A) At no time shall any person under the age of 14 years be allowed on the premises of the mechanical amusement centers.
(1) It shall be the strict obligation of the licensee(s) to ascertain the age of any persons on the licensed premises or attempting to enter into the licensed premises and the licensee shall not allow any person under the age of 14 years to enter into, loiter or occupy the premises.
(2) The licensee shall be guilty of the violation of this ordinance if any person under the age of 14 years is found to be loitering or occupying the premises of the mechanical amusement center.
(B) At no time shall any persons under the age of 14 years enter into, loiter or occupy the premises of a mechanical amusement center.
(C) A violation of this provision shall cause the issued license to be revoked or suspended.
