§ 110.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of any section of this title shall be considered a civil infraction which is not a crime and shall not be punishable by imprisonment or a penal fine, but which shall bear a civil fine in an amount established by resolution of Council from time to time upon recommendation of the City Manager.
