§ 98.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or association violating the provisions of §§ 98.60 through 98.65 shall be subject to a civil infraction of not more than $100.
