§ 98.65  POSTING OF NUMBERS BY CITY; ASSESSMENT OF COSTS.
   In addition to the imposition of the penalty set forth in § 98.99 and other legal remedies, the city and such other offices as it may designate may cause the proper posting of numbers with the cost thereof assessed against the owner of the premises.
