§ 96.22 INDECENT LANGUAGE AND CONDUCT.

No unlawful, threatening, abusive, profane, lewd or indecent language, gestures or conduct shall be permitted on or in the vicinity of any bathing beach, wading or swimming pool, recreation center or playground; nor shall any person who is lawfully at any such place be so annoyed or unlawfully touched.
