§ 96.99 PENALTY.

Any master, owner or person in possession, charge or control of any vessel, craft or float, or any other person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or shall refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order of the Harbor Master, shall, upon conviction, be punished as prescribed in § 10.99.
