§ 96.21  INTERFERENCE WITH BATHERS.
   No person shall conduct himself in or about any municipal bathing beach or swimming or wading pool by violent racing about, swimming, churning and splashing of water, or by throwing balls or other objects or materials, or by playing games in such a manner, or by resorting to any other conduct, any of which does or tends to disturb, annoy, offend or injure other persons either on or near the beach, or in any such pool or waters, or to interfere with or damage any clothing or property belonging to any other person.
