§ 96.16  LIFEGUARDS REQUIRED.
   Any licensee operating a public bathing beach shall maintain at least one duly qualified lifeguard for each 300 persons in bathing at any time, and shall maintain such lifeguards on duty while the bathing beach is open for business.
