§ 93.01  ADOPTION OF FIRE PREVENTION CODE; ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts the state fire code as established by Public Act 207 of 1941, being M.C.L.A. §§ 29.1 through 29.34, as amended, as its fire code.
   (B)    The code hereby adopted shall be enforced by the Public Safety Director.
