§ 30.22  MAYOR.
   (A)   The Mayor's term of office shall be two years. No Mayor shall serve more than three consecutive terms, whether full or partial terms.

   (B)   The duties and powers of the Mayor as elected pursuant to § 30.35 shall be the same as provided by Charter.
