3-2-2: LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:
The Village President shall be the Local Liquor Control Commissioner and shall have such powers and perform such duties as are prescribed in the Act of the General Assembly referred to in section 3-2-1 of this chapter. (1990 Code § 11.302)
