Unless the context otherwise indicates, the words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings given them by the definitions contained in section 1-3 of article I, of an Act entitled "An Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors", enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Illinois, approved January 31, 1934, as amended. In addition thereto, the following terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings:
LICENSEE: Any person, firm, partnership, club, organization or corporation receiving a license under this chapter.
PERSON: Includes any person, firm, partnership, club, organization or corporation.
RETAIL LIQUOR DEALER: Includes any person, as defined herein, selling or offering for sale or keeping with the intention of selling liquor at retail. (1990 Code § 11.301; amd. 2019 Code)
