§ 93.14 FIRE RECORDS.
   (A)   The Fire Marshal's Office shall keep a record of all fires that the Fire Marshal and/or his or her authorized representative assisted the fire departments in investigating as to the cause, origin, and circumstances of fires and explosions. All records shall be public except as provided in § 93.13 above.
   (B)   Fire Departments shall keep a record of all emergency alarms and/or responses and submit reports of the same to the Fire Marshal's Office as the Fire Marshal prescribes.
