All employees, except employees who are exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, are entitled to time and one-half for all hours in excess of 40 hours in a seven-day period. Paid time off shall be credited as eight hours worked for purposes of this section; any unpaid time off shall not be credited toward the 40 hours. Double time shall be paid on Sundays and all days observed as official holidays.
