§ 161.15 SEVERABILITY.

The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter, or if 65 ILCS 5/11-5-1.5 of the Illinois Municipal Code is invalidated by a court of law, then the offending section of this chapter, shall be severed and the remainder of the chapter shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
