(A) It is the policy of the village to provide equal opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with all applicable laws, directives and regulations of federal, state and local legislative bodies and administrative agencies.
(B) The village shall recruit, hire, train and promote persons in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, handicap or political affiliation; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall impair the right of the village to establish bona fide occupational qualifications for any job category.
(C) The village shall insure that all personnel actions, including compensation, benefits, transfers, terminations, reductions in work force, rehires, education, tuition assistance, and the like, shall be administered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability or political affiliation.
