§ 34.02 PARTICIPATION IN ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION.

The village shall be a member of the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association pursuant to an Intergovernmental Cooperation Contract with the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association. The village shall renew its participation in said Risk Management Association each year.
