Members of the Entertainment Board shall serve without compensation, except reimbursement of their out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with the reimbursement policies of the village. The Board shall from time to time appoint from its members a recording secretary. The Board shall meet at least once per calendar quarter; if a member is absent for three consecutive meetings, he or she shall be deemed to have abandoned the position. The Board shall conduct its meetings in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, and shall be subject to the Illinois Open Meetings Law and the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The Board shall provide minutes of its meetings to the Village Clerk. The Village President and a trustee of the Village Board appointed by the Village President shall be non- voting, ex officio members of the Entertainment Board.
