There is hereby established an advisory board known as the Entertainment Board. The Entertainment Board shall have ten members, all of which will be residents and registered voters of the village and shall otherwise qualify as officers of the village. Board members shall be appointed by the Village President, with the advice and consent of the Village Board. Initially, there will be a chairperson and three members appointed with a term ending April 30, 2005; three members will be appointed with a term ending April 30, 2004, and three members will be appointed with a term ending April 30, 2003. Thereafter, members shall have a term of four years or until a successor has been appointed and has qualified. Members may be removed from office in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Code.
