§ 156.11 PERMIT; FEE.

(A) No person shall proceed with the construction, installation, enlargement, or alteration of any private residential swimming pool and appurtenances within the village unless a permit shall first have been obtained from the Village Administrator.

(B) The fee for a permit for the erection or construction of a swimming pool shall be as determined by the Board of Trustees from time to time.
