After the tract survey has been approved, the original shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Sangamon County, Illinois by the subdivider who shall subsequently deliver a copy of the recorded final plat (containing the document number assigned by the county) to the Village Public Works/Zoning Department. If the tract survey is not recorded within 180 days of Plats Officer approval, the approval shall be null and void.
