§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, including both the applicant and an individual filing on behalf of an applicant, who shall procure from the Clerk a license to conduct a sale under the description of one of the names set out in § 114.02 hereof, which name shall be a misrepresentation of the true description or character of the sale or of the kind or condition of goods to be sold under the license, or any person violating any of the other provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor as defined in the Unified Code of Corrections of the State of Illinois the applicable sections of which are hereby accepted by this chapter. Each false statement of fact in an application or inventory required to be filed hereunder shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
