§ 94.23 DURATION OF LICENSE; LICENSE FEE.
   The annual license fee for a zoo shall be $ 500. A license shall be effective from January 1 through and including December 31 of any year; a licensee shall submit its application for renewal of a license on or before December 1 of each year. The license fee for an application received after July 1 of any year shall be $ 250.
