For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PRIVATE ZOO. A zoo open only to house hold guests and business invitees and not to members of the general public.
PUBLIC ZOO. A zoo open to members of the general public.
ZOO. A collection of living animals which includes animals which are of a wild nature or disposition, or ferae naturae in the eyes of the law.
