(A) All village parks shall be closed to the public at 10:00 p.m.
(B) Exceptions to the 10:00 p.m. closing time may be made by the Village Administrator for group activities. Such exceptions shall be made in writing. When such an exception is made, the Village Police Department shall be notified of the exception by the Village Administrator.
(C) No person other than those persons authorized in writing by the Village Administrator, and officers and employees of the village, shall enter or remain in any park owned by the village after the closing time established in division (A) of this section.
(D) The Village Administrator shall within 90 days of this Ordinance, post the entrance of each park with the closing hours established by this Ordinance.
