§ 92.08 OATH.
   Every person appointed to serve in any capacity in CEMA shall, before entering upon his or her duties, subscribe to the oath as set forth in the Illinois Emergency Management Act, which oath shall be filed with the Office of Emergency Management of Sangamon County.
