There shall be two regular meetings of the Village Board as set forth in this section and one Committee of the Whole Meeting. The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Committee of the Whole Meeting shall be held each month on the second Tuesday of the month, following the regular Village Board meeting, scheduled to start at 6:05 p.m. (or immediately following the regular Village Board meeting if it has not adjourned prior to 6:05 p.m.). Public notice shall be given as provided by statute. If a meeting date should fall on a legal holiday or if there is no quorum present, the meeting shall be held on the next secular day.
