§ 94.11 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VILLAGE DOG PARKS.
   The following rules and regulations shall govern the use of village dog parks:
   (A)   The dog park shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
   (B)   It is recommended that small dogs use the small dog area. and large dogs use the large dog area.
   (C)   Use at your own risk. Owners are responsible and liable for the actions and behavior of their dogs at all times.
   (D)   It is recommended that dogs be accompanied by an individual of 14 years of age or older.
   (E)   It is recommended that children be supervised by a parent or guardian.
   (F)   Users are limited to three dogs per visit.
   (G)   Dog owners must be in the park at all times.
   (H)   Dogs should remain leashed while walking between the parking lot and the dog runs.
   (I)   Dog owners must keep their leash in hand at all times.
   (J)   Please do not bring dog food or people food into the park. Small dog treats are acceptable since that's what one uses to train a dog.
   (K)   Owner must clean up dog feces. Seal waste in the provided plastic bags before disposing in designated receptacles.
   (L)   No animals other than dogs are allowed in this area.
   (M)   Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated. Proof of a current rabies vaccination and license required upon request of a police or animal control officer. Tags may serve as proof.
   (N)   Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If your dog becomes unruly or plays rough, leash it and leave immediately.
   (O)   Female dogs in heat and puppies under four months old are prohibited.
   (P)   Sick dogs and dogs with parasites (worms, fleas, or ticks) are prohibited.
   (Q)   Failure to abide by the park rules may result in loss of privileges and owners may be ticketed up to $500.
   (R)   All other park policies apply.
