§ 50.551 COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS REQUIRED.

Electric systems for all new residential subdivisions shall be constructed by the village as set forth in these regulations, and developers shall be eligible for partial rebates of the electric system costs for such subdivisions, only by complying with these regulations.
