§ 50.512 COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL BILL ADJUSTMENT.

If it is determined that a commercial or industrial customer has a power factor of less than .95, the village shall charge $.027 per KVA hour reactive load for the difference between the customer's power factor and .95. This charge shall be added to the monthly bill.
