Where no line extension or pole setting is required, the installation charge for furnishing service for home or small commercial construction shall be $20 plus the cost of any material supplied. When it is necessary to extend lines or poles, the customer shall pay the costs to install and remove such lines. If the extension is more than 100 feet, the customer shall pay a deposit of 110% of the estimated cost to install and remove such lines. After construction and removal of the temporary services, the village shall refund to the applicant any amount by which the deposit exceeds the actual cost.
