There is hereby established an administrative department of the village to be known as the Electric Department. The head of the Electric Department shall be an employee of the village who shall be known as the Electrical Foreman. The Electric Department shall operate and maintain the electric system of the village subject to all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the President and Board of Trustees of the village. The Electrical Foreman shall be supervised by the General Foreman.
