§ 50.205 CONNECTION FEE.
   (A)   No person shall be deemed authorized to uncover, make any connection with, or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sanitary sewer of the village or appurtenance thereof under § 50.179 without such person first paying the connection fee required by Section 5 of "An Ordinance of The Springfield Sanitary District, regulating construction, connection and use of sewers and providing for collection of connection fees and use charges and expenditure of the same for improvement to and operation and maintenance of the District Collection System and Treatment Works", dated May 1, 1975, as now or hereafter amended.
   (B)   The Treasurer of the village is hereby authorized to collect such fees for sewer connection to lots and properties located in the Buckingham Place Subdivisions of the village, and shall, as soon after receipt of such connection fees as is practicable, notify The Springfield Sanitary District of such receipt and shall remit such funds to the Treasurer of The Springfield Sanitary District and receive a receipt therefor.
