§ 50.183 USE OF PUBLIC SEWERS.
   No person shall discharge, or cause to be discharged, any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary or public sewer.
