§ 50.181 CAPACITY OF DOWNSTREAM SEWER FACILITIES.
   No building sewer connection shall be permitted unless the downstream sewerage facilities, including sewers, pump stations and wastewater treatment facilities, have sufficient reserve capacity to adequately and efficiently handle the additional anticipated waste load.
