(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to connect or cause to be connected, any drain carrying or to carry, any toilet, sink, basement, septic tank, cesspool, industrial water, or any fixture or device discharging polluting substances, to any storm water drain in the village.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to knowingly cause any storm water drainage system, surface water drainage ditch, or natural drain in the village to be obstructed so as to impede its natural flow.
