Sanitary sewer mains shall be constructed throughout an entire subdivision platted after the effective date of this chapter in such manner as to serve adequately all lots and tracts with connection to the public sanitary sewerage system. Such sewer mains shall be subject to the approval of the Village Board of Trustees and the regulations of applicable state agencies.
