(A) It is the policy of the village not to serve customers located within the corporate limits of any other municipality which has a waterworks system.
(B) All customers of the village waterworks who annex to another municipality with a waterworks system may, at the discretion of the village, have their water service terminated with six months prior written notice, which notice shall be provided after the date of annexation.
