(A) To protect life and property, as well as to prevent the waste of our resources, when the village discovers hazardous water service conditions or water leaks, the utility requires these problems to be fixed in a timely manner. Attempts will be made to alert the customer to the unacceptable conditions.
(B) If the problem is not repaired, the utility has the right to disconnect service with notice until the repairs have been made.
