§ 50.102 PROPERTY OF THE COMBINED SYSTEM.
   All property, real, personal, and mixed, comprising the village waterworks system and the sewerage system, be and the same is found, determined, and declared to constitute the properties of the combined waterworks and sewerage system of the village.
