When temporary electric or water hook ups are requested for a special event, the Public Utilities Manager will prepare a cost estimate including materials and labor to present to the person(s) or organization requesting the temporary hook ups. Not-for-profit groups who are presented with a cost estimate may request a waiver of fees. This waiver must be approved by a majority of the Village Board prior to the start of the event.
