(A) For CDL drivers. The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy referred to in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 08-04 and attached thereto shall apply to all village employees who are required to hold a valid commercial driver’s license. A copy of this Policy is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Village Clerk.
(B) For police officers and dispatch employees. The Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy referred to in Section 2 of Ordinance No. 08-04 and attached thereto shall apply to all police officers and dispatch employees of the village. A copy of this Policy is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Village Clerk.
(C) For all other full-time or permanent part-time employees. The Drug and Alcohol Policy referred to in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 08-04 and attached thereto shall apply to all full-time or permanent part-time employees of the village, except for those employees described in divisions (A) and (B) above. A copy of this Policy is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Village Clerk.
