§ 36.03 MOTOR FUEL TAX REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT.

From and after the effective date of this section, it shall be the policy of the village that all funds contained in the Motor Fuel Tax Reimbursement Account of the General Fund of the village shall be earmarked for expenditure on street purposes only.
