§ 36.50 CERTAIN INFORMATION EXEMPT FROM INSPECTION AND COPYING.
   (A)   Information exempted by Sections 7 and 7.5 of the Freedom of Information Act shall be exempt from inspection and copying (see Appendix A to this subchapter). If a record contains both exempt and nonexempt information, the village may elect to redact the information that is exempt and make the remainder of the record available for inspection and copying.
   (B)   Moreover, information described in divisions (1) through (4) of the definition for "Public Record" may be withheld if it is determined that disclosure would: (1) interfere with pending or actually and reasonably contemplated law enforcement proceedings conducted by any law enforcement agency; (2) endanger the life or physical safety of law enforcement or correctional personnel or any other person; or (3) compromise the security of any correctional facility.
