§ 35.123 SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY.
Suspension without pay is another method of disciplinary action, to be used only for serious infractions or where the employee has not rectified deficiencies noted in verbal or written warnings. (Neither a verbal warning nor a written warning is a condition precedent for a suspension). Suspensions without pay are limited to ten working days for any infraction. The authority to suspend is vested in the Administrator and, if the Administrator is not available, in the President.
