§ 35.121  VERBAL WARNING.
   One method of disciplinary action is a verbal warning by the employee's department head or Administrator.  The department head or Administrator shall document such verbal warning as to date, time, place, who is present, the reason for the verbal warning and the substance of the verbal warning.  Documentation shall be placed in the employee's personnel file.
